TFT COLOUR INSTRUMENTATION

The new 4.3” all digital TFT colour instrumentation – a Kawasaki first in the 650cc class – gives the cockpit a high-tech, high grade appearance. The new meter also offers additional features unavailable on the previous model.

ASSIST & SLIPPER CLUTCH

Assist & Slipper Clutch was developed based on feedback from racing activities. The clutch uses two types of cams (an assist cam and a slipper cam), offering two new functions not available on a standard clutch.

INCREASED PASSENGER COMFORT

The rear seat features thicker urethane (approximately 5mm thicker at the centre, 10 mm thicker at the sides) and sides that extend more widely offers increased passenger comfort.

SMARTPHONE CONNECTIVITY

A Bluetooth chip built into the instrument panel enables riders to connect to their motorcycle wirelessly. Using the smartphone application “RIDEOLOGY THE APP,” a number of instrument functions can be accessed, contributing to an enhanced motorcycling experience. A number of functions are available: vehicle info, riding log, telephone notices and tuning – general settings.

AGGRESSIVE NINJA STYLING

The upper cowl is wider with a more pronounced slant, contributing to
stronger supersport looks. Prioritising a sportier appearance, the redesigned windshield is now lower and flush-fit with the upper cowl. It is set at a more upright angle to offer the rider decent wind protection.
