Designed specifically for mini-moto enthusiasts 7 years and above, the new KLX110r is packed full of kid friendly features, such as an adjustable throttle limiter, neutral on starting, 4-speed transmission with automatic clutch, electric start with backup kickstart, lower chain guard, super smooth power delivery and multiple heat shields for extra safety.

CHILD FRIENDLY FEATURES

Neutral-only starting prevents the bike from being started in gear. The adjustable throttle allows adults to adjust the KLX110R’s performance to suit the child’s riding abilities. Handlebar mounted kill switch shuts things down in a hurry. Three separate heat shields are mounted on the exhaust system

4-SPEED TRANSMISSION

Transmission now features 4 gears (increased from 3-speed). While the overall ratio in top gear is about the same as the earlier 3-speed models, first gear is much lower and the gearbox has a wider range, which contributes to smoother transition, making riding fun and more aggressive.

FACTORY STYLING

Factory styling give the KLX110R the look of a true motocrosser. The sporty styling features Lime Green bodywork for race inspired good looks.

EASY STARTING

The electric starter offers hassle-free starting. KARC (Kawasaki Automatic Compression Release) on the intake valve provides easy starting for both the electric and kick starter.

CAPABLE CHASSIS

The 30mm forks up front offer plenty of travel while the spring rates and damping settings are specific for the KLX110 and allow moderate rider weight limits. The lightweight chassis uses a backbone tube frame of high-tensile steel tubing and a braced mono-shock swingarm.

ENGINE

The air-cooled 112cc, SOHC engine pumps our plenty of responsive low-rpm torque. Compared to the earlier KLX110 revised valve timing results in an engine more powerful at all rpm.
